Artwork & Products
We make every effort to display our artwork and products as accurately as possible.
Because colours can appear differently depending on your screen, device, brightness settings, or display, the colours of an artwork you receive may vary slightly from how they appear online.
Where pieces are handmade or individually produced, small variations and imperfections may occur. These are part of the nature and character of handmade artwork and are not necessarily considered defects.
Measurements and dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, frames, props, or other objects shown in photographs are not included with the artwork.
Original Artwork
Where an item is described as an original artwork, you are purchasing the physical artwork only.
Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the purchaser.
Assez Collage retains all applicable copyright and intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Assez Collage does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information where payment details are handled by a third-party payment processor.

Commissioned, bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised artworks may have separate terms relating to deposits, revisions, production times, cancellation, and returns.
Where applicable, these terms will be communicated before the commission is confirmed.
Because commissioned or personalised artwork is created specifically for an individual customer, change-of-mind cancellation and return rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Shipping & Delivery
